Joe W. Culbert was the lucky winner of a 2007 Ford F150 pickup truck at Thursday’s annual Covington Electric Cooperative annual meeting.

Culbert, who lives near New Brockton, said he came to the meeting in Andalusia intending to win the truck.

“My grandson is graduating from high school this year and doesn’t have a vehicle,” he said. “I’m going to give it to him.”
