Love Ruby Tuesday’s? The chain is closing about 95 of its restaurants, the company announced Thursday, according to state media.

The Tennessee-based chain said the closures account for about 13 percent of all its properties. The chain operates 724 Ruby Tuesday restaurants in 44 states and 14 foreign countries.

The list of restaurants that will be closed has not been released but the changes will come quickly. The company said the “underperforming” locations will close next month.

Restaurant officials said the closures were due to downturns in the casual dining industry and increased competition.

“Given that we expect the macro environment to remain challenging for some time, we are taking the necessary steps to change the trajectory of our business,” said JJ Buettgen, Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer.
