Jennifer Scherzinger has joined Advantage Realty.

Her work experience includes property management at Shadowwoods Apartments; owner of Floorz Plus; property development; and decorator at Harold’s Furniture.

Scherzinger is an Andalusia native, and a graduate of Andalusia High School and Troy University.

After graduating from Troy, she discovered her natural love for interior decorating. She brings many years of building, remodeling and decorating experience to the table in her new real estate career.

Scherzinger has always been an active member of the community and is a long-time member of Bethany Baptist Church.

In her spare time, she loves to travel, go antiquing, and spoil her grandsons. She also loves to cook and experiment with new recipes. She is the daughter of Marie Spann Reynolds and the late Jimmy Spann.
