Opp Police have arrested a female residence on multiple charges after she allegedly stole more than 20 Norco pills.

Norco is a brand name of prescription pills that are a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen.

Other brand names for the combinations are Vicodin, Lorcet and Lortab.

Officers arrested 31-year-old Mary V. Lawrence and charged her with burglary in the third degree and theft of property in the second degree.

Opp Police Chief Mike McDonald said the arrest stems form a residential burglary that took place in the 300-block of Rush Street.

Lawrence was arrested Monday.
