Beebe: Perihelion will meet production deadline

Perihelion Global CEO John H. Beebe said Friday that the power was turned off at the company’s request at its Opp plant, and that he expects production of biodiesel fuel to resume there in the near future.
The Star-News reported Friday that two local companies have liens against Perihelion for non-payment and that the city’s agreement with the company has been turned over to a local legal firm.
Despite Beebe’s claim that the company requested the power to be turned off, city attorney Wes Laird said the city turned the utilities off due to lack of payment.
Minimal activity has been observed at Perihelion’s Opp plant, located just off the U.S. Highway 331 south bypass, since the company announced in early June it was producing biodiesel from animal fat, rather than from peanuts.
But Beebe said Friday that production will resume prior to the February 2009 deadline set forth by the company’s agreement with the city of Opp.
“Perihelion’s biodiesel refinery in Opp can be put into operation at the present and has produced several thousand gallons of biodiesel to date, which are in storage tanks awaiting delivery to Crew Distributing after we receive IRS certification,” Beebe said.
According to Beebe, Perihelion’s ability to sell the biodiesel already produced at the Opp facility and to continue the plant’s future operation depends on the completion of the IRS’s Form 637 for Excise Tax Registration.
According to Beebe, Perihelion’s current status, with equipment in place capable of producing quantities of biodiesel, puts the plant ahead of schedule. He said the company is not contractually obligated to be operational until the end of February 2009.
“The fact that we already have an operational facility on the ground (although not to the scale we would desire) placed us ahead of schedule,” he said.
Beebe acknowledged that Perihelion does currently owe money to local vendors and the company is currently working to resolve those debts.

What a hoot! Beebe is such a BS artist. How about someone going and finding the Farmer (who makes his own BioFuel) who had to go to that pathetic PHGI Operation and make some fuel? Wonder JUST HOW MANY GALLONS really were made. beebe can not be trusteed. That IRS nonsense is just that, nonsense!! Oh yeah, last I heard the Farmer HAD NOT been paid for his work.
The dig a bit and ask about what "by-product" was used to make the little fuel that was made!!! And why it was bought at Sam's Club?????
BTW, Beebe's reputation is that he stiff's everybody who works for him. He is a true parasite and conman.
If anybody believes that Beebe will ever make that bogus Bio Plant a viable operation and PHGI a real, growing company, they have another think coming! He is a Pump and Dump scammer. He is sucking the cash out of this company and living large on investors. The stock will go to $.0001 per share in due time and he will move on to another scam. it is what these stock scammers do!!

The real funny thing is that while BB put's everyone off who he owes money to, because, as per his words, "We are owed alot of money right now" yet that did not prevent him from buying his wife a brand new Mercedes Diesel SUV and sending his kid to $10,000.00 school. Or going out to dinner everynight on my money and yours(the share holder).

I found a company to work with in Utah that would process our tailings piles, Auric located in Salt Lake.
I brought the man out to the property and we both took grab samples from the piles as well as from various spots on the Property as well as on the claimed land (which is not even really claimed, no corner markings or any other sort of mark as required by the BLM. I was pulled of the project shortly after the results were found out.
WHY I still wondered that until just a few days ago.because I KNOW THE TRUTH and John can not have that lol.
John refused to accept the Auric findings and brought in all new People.
At lesast I have a background in prospecting , not hard rock mining which is what we are talking about .

Because slimey conmen like Beebe like to threaten lawsuits. That's OK with me, but I won't make it easy for him. Besides my Personal Liability Insurance company would not like if I gave my real name and made it easy for anyone to sue! let the perps spend money to file suit and track down anonymous aliases!!
But to the point of the matter, what part of whatr I Commented or Reposted from others do you find untruthful or erroneous? Do you believe Beebe is an honest businessman and PHGI is a real, viable business?
May I ask what your relationship with Beebe and/or PHGI is? Are you one of the two Local Guys who were a part of this train wreck? (Would you like me to name them?) How about an Elected or appointed Official of Opp? (Why are they so silent?) Have you watched your Local TV Station when they ran exposes on PHGI? Or seen photos of the other Radio Station that Beebe owned and that got tangled with the Fed Gov? Hmmm!
You are NOT an investor in PHGI, are you? If so, I am so sorry for your impending loss! It is etched in stone with these penny scams!! I'd enjoy chatting with ytou here.

Sloppy reporting, BTW. You could have verified in a single phone call that you don't negotiate with the IRS on excise taxes. Not that it really matters, since this scam has not and never will produce a drop of product.

SWhen the Florida stock scammer John Beebe approached Opp, AL offici als about his proposed "biodiesel" plant they rolled over on their bellies and pissed themselves like beagle pups.
Hundreds of jobs Beebe promised. Boxcar loads of feedstock for the peanut plant a day.
It was all bullchit.
Beebe is a bankrupt florida scammer who has never developed anything in his life. So Opp and the county bought into this why?
Since the city is actively dodging FOIA requests, we think that the answer is payoffs.
Who got paid in stock, Mr. Mayor? How much did you get, Mr. Mayor? Why are you dodging FOIA requests, Mr. Mayor?

To address commentary on these supposed FOIA requests. I would assume all requests have been made to the U.S. Department of Justice, as per protocol? Here is an excerpt from the DOJ website:
"You should be aware that the FOIA does not require agencies to do research for you, to analyze data, to answer written questions, or to create records in order to respond to a request.
Although, as discussed immediately below, certain information may be required from a FOIA requester, no special form is required by the Justice Department. Requests must be in writing, either handwritten or typed. While requests may be submitted by fax, most components of the Justice Department have not yet developed the capability to accept FOIA requests submitted through the World Wide Web."

What does the Federal DOJ FOIA Regs have to do with Alabama Law as it applies to the Mayor of Opp? The FOIQA Requests were sent twice (probably 3 times as I comment) to the Mayor of Opp! Methinks he is in deep effluent!! Maybe Beebe can use all that billshut as input for his BioFuel process? Last time he had to go to Sam's Club and buy oils to process in his bogus plant, I believe!!
And with Beebe, billshut is VERY AVAILABLE in vast quantities, so he should be able to produce massive amounts of billshut-based fuel, eh???
No matter, this will will come to a head with the AL AG, and hopefully the DOJ, as you seem to want involved! I predict State Indictments of key Opp players in this disgusting scam as a minimum!

An official FOIA request, as you have so many times noted, must be processed through the US DOJ. An FOIA cannot be sent directly to an individual. Are you think of the Alabama Sunshine (also know as open meeting and public records) Law? if so, then that would be a different story. A request of that nature would be best made in person at city hall. Most officials will not supply records through the mail with no knowledge of whom they are sending the information to.
I have no role. I just don't want you to have free reign in this comments section without being challenged. Everything will come out in the wash at the end of February 2009. if Beebe claims he will be operational by that time, then he will either do so or face a legal battle. But you can continue to spread your propaganda if it helps you feel important.
