Post 80 wins Tuesday

The Andalusia Post 80 American Legion baseball team overcame a slow start and defeated the Opp Pre-Majors 19-and-under team Tuesday night in Andalusia, 12-3.
Andalusia coach Chase Arrington said the team competed well overall.
“I was happy with the few innings we hit well and got our lead-off man on base,” Arrington said. “I also was happy they competed against these older guys to try and get some confidence and experience.”
