• Nelson Hall, 36, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Charles D. Meeks, 49, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Terrance Salter, 24, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $200,000 bond.

• David Rhodes, 39, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Benjamin A. Adams, 43, for a grand jury indictment and held on an $80,000 bond.

• Joel Cardona, 24, for first-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Zachary Green, 20, for first-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Daniel Burden, 30, for two counts of negotiating with a worthless instrument and held on a $6,000 bond.
