Bulldogs beat Ashford, 56-32

Andalusia defeated Ashford, 56-32, Monday night at the Enterprise Classic Tournament.
O’Brien Curry led his team with 17 points; Justin Dooley added 14; Derrick King and Quayshaun Denson had six points apiece.
Andalusia led 17-8 after the first quarter and scored 19 points in the second to take a 36-16 lead at halftime.
“We just had a good team effort overall,” Andalusia coach Richard Robertson said. “Whatever success we have is the result of all of us contributing. We did a good job on defense, but we’re still making too many offensive mistakes.”
The Bulldogs (2-1) held Ashford to only 16 points in the second half, while scoring 20.
Ashford’s Kris Graham led his team with 12 points and Mike Ray added seven.
