• Anna J. Harman, 21, on charges of two counts of possession of marijuana, open container and tampering with evidence and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Benjamin N. Jenkins, 24, on charges of driving under influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Reginald S. Thompson, 26, on grand jury indictment and held on a $175,000 bond.

• William S. Robinson, 37, on charges of violation of probation.
