Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Tues., Feb. 2, 2010:
• Sidra Y. Blaw, 26, on charges of two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.
• Shelly A. Smith, 52, on charges of negotiating worthless instrument and held on $3,000 bond.
• Jodie L. Greer, 37, on charges of two counts of negotiating worthless instrument and failure to appear and held on $6,000 bond.
• Thomas H. Rochester, 73, on charges of contempt.
• Steven D. Re, 33, on charges of failure to report.
• Willie Lee Glover, 47, on charges of three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.
• Sayma Adams, 45, on charges of contributing to delinquency of minor and held on $3,000 bond.
• Shekelia Ward, 21, on charges of violation of probation and held on $3,000 bond.
• Jaime E. Jackson, 33, on charges of attempted possession of controlled substance and held on $10,000 bond.
• Charles Glen Blair, 66, on charges of attempted possession of controlled substance and held on $10,000 bond.
• Earnest William Lange, 61, on charges of failure to appear and held without bond.
• Kevin Tyrone Russell, 34, holding for another agency.
• Christopher C. Bledsoe, 33, on charges of first-degree theft of property, third-degree criminal mischief and violation of probation and held on $30,000 bond.
• James M. Johns, 65, on charges of driving under influence and held on $7,500 bond.
Clarification:
In the Tues., Feb. 2, edition, Tammy Holt was listed as being arrested for second-degree theft of services. This is not the Tammy Holt who is employed as local school bus driver.
The Star-News apologizes for the confusion and is happy to set the record straight.
