Choose a side for a tasty Thanksgiving

It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just next week. It is my favorite holiday and I enjoy all the smells and flavors of Thanksgiving food. Since "green" is in, I am doing some new side dishes this year using some of the usual green vegetables. Some of these are much lighter that the usual broccoli casserole with rice and cheese (but I may do that too). Give these a try and see what your family and friends say! Read story
