Isn't Tulane where the Clinton Democrat from La., James Carville, hangs his sign? On Larry King, Carville congratulated Dr. Ron Paul for having the highest straw pole vote of all possibles for President.
Amazing he didn't choke on those words.
I would certainly like to see this Constitutional Seminar with a panel at LBW, inviting all the high school and college students. Why Tulane when we have our own experts in Alabama who I'm sure would be happy to come to Andalusia for an event. In fact, we have them right here in Covington County!

I don't mean to pick on Patrick. He really needs us, and doesn't yet know that.
Has anyone heard of the Rev. C.L. Bryant? We are considering inviting him to speak at one of our C.C.TPP meetings when he becomes available.
Would anyone be offended to have this Patriot of color speak to us about our Nation under God and Constitution?
Patrick, what say you? Won't you join us for that occasion?

Patick: I am not upper middleclass, nor am I even close to thinking wealthy, much less being so. IF you had been to our meeting Thursday at the American Legion, you would have seen a variety of "classes" present. (What is your hang up with class and color, Patrick?)
All I have to offer the Patriot organization is my passion and time for the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Small Government. The raping of tax payers by both - read both -parties, as well as the IRS, has to end at some point, wouldn't you agree?
Why don't you stop and think for a minute what you just posted - did you come to the meeting Thursday at the Am. Legion or are you just repeating the "Thought for Day" from CNN?
If you did attend, then you are deliberately misrepresenting what was discussed, including the action to remove as many weak kneed and spineless politicians in Congress that we can through the voting process.
How do I know you did not attend? If you had, you would know that we had people of color at the meeting including the Master of Ceremonies.
Now, I think you should apologize to the all those members of the local Tea Party for your false allegations, and from hereafter refrain from comment of which you know nothing about.

It is disappointing that Stephanie decided to lump together the two patriot grassroots movements. They are two of many sister groups that people are free to inter-join.
But make no mistake about this: Covington County Tea Party Patriots IS NOT A POLITICAL MACHINE FOR ANY PARTY, be it Independent, Constitutionalist, Democratic, Libertarian, Green or Republican.
Is that such a novel idea, that it requires repeated Disclaimer statements? We have many other matters to contend with: BIG GOVERNMENT would be one of them.
Each member of the C.C TPP, have every right to vote for the person they hear speak at the meetings, after they have carefully VETTED them to see if what they say is really what they will do once in office.
Doesn't that make perfect good sense for anyone who wishes to vote for the person and not the party? And may we add that twice burned, it behooves candidates to be genuine in what they promise WE, THE PEOPLE, for we are also GateKeepers.
Instead of criticizing us, why not join the finest people in this county to peacefully work together to stop BIG GOVERNMENT! AND BIG SPENDING!

I recommend that the Star News send a reporter to the next Covington County Tea Party meeting at the American Legion post 80, on the 18th of Feb., a Thursday from 6 to 8pm.
They have a plan of action to be sure.
Mr Ron Taylor will be guest speaker. You won't want to miss this, I guarantee!
Ron's love for our Nation under God, his knowledge of the enemies dismantling our Freedoms, and the plan of action we have available to us right now - will give you a new sense of understanding and hope.
Pass the word on to family and neighbors.

Could this all be related the a gang in Andalusia - the school vandalism, the elderly man shot, and now this series of theft?
I thought the police chief is has had homicide investigative training from his last Mobile job.

Mongoose: You are so fortunate on such mornings!
Ah, the remembrances of waking up to new fallen snow, as the sun's rays strike the crystal flakes to make them glisten with blinding brilliance.
Everything is clothed in this robe of glorious, pure sparkling white. Snow covered branches of firs and pines' bow down to this glorious wonderland. The air is so still and crisp, you can breathe in deeply and watch your breath as it disappears, silently.
It is God's gift to those living in the cold regions during this otherwise difficult time of year. Enjoy and thank Him, for it reminds us of His Majesty.

Mongoose, how far north are you? We understand it's -16 in Minnesota and -30 in Fairbanks. They only get sun 4 hours a day right now and everyone's sleepy or sick.
Biscuits, let's count our blessings, it could be alot worse.
I'm waiting for the snow to come on in, or sleet, I don't care. Not many will be driving at night.
I can't help pondering how our global warming has turned tail on us.

Thanks Biscuits, you understand completely. Very few left who do. Another reason for a try for Seth seat.
