Estragon: Long standing precedents do not necessarily mean the law in question is correct. Corporations are made up of people and PAC's have been a factor in elections each cycle for as long as I can remember. So where is the beef? Your labeling "5 right wing activists" is off base and misleading. You need to recheck your facts on how each justice has decided important cases. By the way, Obama has no right to "scold" any Supreme Court justice. Obama is such an arrogant disgrace to the office he holds. His mouth piece, Robert Gibbs, needs to shut up and stop trying to always get the last word in. He acts like a brat on the playground. The Obama administration is bulging with mouthy bullies. But in this country.....we all have the right to speak, even if it is gibberish. I would love to talk about activist judges....throw out a name.

You are so right about the gibberish. My only problem with not responding is; we run the risk of creating yet another radical if some of the gibberish is not rebutted. I always go back to the young man I had working for me that was so impressionable. He actually believed the liberals were going to pay his bills. Had I not given him some food for thought he would have been a goner....until he realized his bills would only be paid by his hands!! My thought for the day is: A woman's work is never done....and a conservatives work is sun to sun. :o)
