Yes ,I do believe there is noise ordinance In Andalusia.
My son has tickets to proof it .. oh he doesn't have one of the PA systems just a regular boom one . He has been "taught" better to not invade others space .I guess the lure of being DEAF is to great !I do agree with You Mr.O'Neal .. more tickets should be written .

I agree with both of You .In fact these exact comments were going to be mine . People who don't NEED this service shouldn't recieve it ! I know of a few who go there on Monday , then follow up with a trip to Wal-mart for shopping .I realize that you don't get everything that is needed , But beer and cigs & candy are not a necessity to me ! Sad that people take advantage of this service . Will it be like so many other programs ? Fade away?

I do agree with You Andalusiaadvocate.A even sadder situation , Children learn what they live !.
So why aren't "we" the people of Covington county doing something about this? Seems someone needs to stand at WAl-marts entrance with a can .To help feed clothe ,most IMPORTANT thou EDUCATE the children of Covington County . Where's the help for those high risk Single parent families ? Why not EDUCATE ....I know some are unwilling .How many unwed mother programs are in place ? I don't mean hand outs . How about help with single parents . I say EDUCATE give them knowledge ,care for them ,help them to become better citizens of this County . I am sure it is a lot better than it was 20 yrs ago .

TSK TSK ....... Batter up .......what this seems like ,A Baseball game .. who's turn is it to hit next ? Everyone is just airing dirty laundry .. My opinion ,Yep we all have one . Really shouldn't make fun of someone with less education than yourself . You DO NOT know what her laborious education was.
Isn't this more like a 21 yr old man "seducing" a 15 yr old Girl? Which happens daily . uhmm I wonder how much seducing went on ?

This is so sad , cause YOU KNOW that the 15 year old BOY , Is bragging about this . I think there is an adage to the effect "walk a mile in my shoes" . Seems they are several who have posted here that know both parties. Know the situations of thier lives . Like Paul Harvey sez .. NOw for the rest of the story . I'm not condoning what the girl has done . It's WRONG (Doc said it also) It's sad , Wow what a bond though she will never be able to post it .I hope she gets the best Lawyer Covington county has ! Hell I'd defend her If I was one .. (hate on me ) Look at the 16 yr old that just kidnapped the girl in red level ....his bond was only 600,000 What's wrong with this picture ?

So true ! try visiting the local hardware store only to be ignored by the "salesmen" for the male customers .I always know what i want were to find it ,So I don't have to deal with them and believe me it's only when I can't get to Loew's. Yesterday a President was placed in office .His stand is all about change . So how bout Men think you can change your outlook towards women?
