beeinbonnet i dont know who you are but you have no room to tell anyone what they can and what they cant have news flash this is AMERICA and one person can not say what others can have and i have nothing to do with this case i just know the facts where none of yall do so if you dont know them don't freaking talk about it if yu dont know.. lookeyhere the facts are all around it doesn't take rocket science to know that this hasn't been going on for three years if it had it would have been taken care of do any of yall realize how all the stuff yall are saying is affecting the family.. yall have no consideration for others or any kind of respect!!! yall should all just stop judging people

shamrock you have no room to tell anyone they do not need horse of any kind or age who do you think you are! a vet because i know what i am saying about horse you have no room to say who needs them and who doesn't. and he is not a family member of mine and i feel as though he had the help he needed ya'll need to get all the facts of everything before you go off saying stuff. has anyone ever thought that MAYBE he did have people helping him but the people who were suppose to be helping him didn't do what they were suppose to do!!! ya'll are just going off one thing yall need to look at the big picture ya'll have no right to sit here and criticize this man on things that ya'll dont know all the facts to he doesnt need enemies he needs support because he is being charged for things that were out of his controll and beeinbonnet no you do not have family emergencies for 3 years but if the problem was serious three years ago it would have been taken care of but it wasnt serious they had done nothing wrong three years ago! and when they were being investigated they had help from family or friends because had it been serious the animals would have been seized three years ago! and do any of yall know what have happened or anything were ya'll personaly at there proptery to prove there was no food or hay or water can any of yall prove that there wasn't a family emergency or a friend that was suppose to help but didnt i dont think so so yall need to just leave the man alone and let him be i have faith he tried everything he could to help those animals

i agree that most people can tell if an animal is abused but you have to take into consideration of the horses age and your right it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure it out but there are so many things that play a factor into what was wrong with the horse! a vet could look at the horses teeth and tell you that the horse is at least in its mid to late 20's and the average life span of a horse is 19 years so. if any of yall have horses ya'll know that the older they get the thiner they get and it doesnt matter if you give them oat hay sweet feed range pellets 50 times a day! it doesnt matter how much protien you give a horse in its 20's its not gonna gain weight fast or if at all! people need to realize that just like with people animal's body changes with age.. that horse is old you can tell from the picture that the horse is old that its not abused or neglected and i am able to tell because my family and i rescued horses for quite some time. CHRIS did everything in his power to save the horse i can garentee you! but what none of yall no it alls take it to mind are the following: family emergencies!(can you plan an emergency i dont think so) help from friends ( are your friends reliable 24/7 i doubt it) so until you know all the facts i dont think any of yall are qualified to speak what ya'll think yall know and i just want to say GOD BLESS YOU CHRIS AND I SUPPORT YOU NO MATTER WHAT YOU DID EVERYTHING YOU COULD..

this man was doing everything in his power in my oppinion to care for these horses form the looks of the horse in the picture it was very old once horses hit a certain age it is very hard for them to gain weight no matter what you do! and as for it going on for three years they had help because had they not had help the horses whould have been taken away at the begining!!! has anyone stoped to think maybe just maybe there was a family problem or stupid neighbors trying to get people in trouble?? maybe they did have people helping them with the horses and SOMEONE else came in and called on them because of ONE horse who appears to be very old! therefor the horse will not gain weight like its suppose to. i am not for animal abuse but this man did not abuse his animals.. GOD BLESS YOU CHRIS

In my opinion people who do things like this should not be walking the streets so they can do it to another child.. I mean all the cops what if HE had done it to your child would you be letting him walk the streets.. NO I DON'T THINK SO. so why let them walk the streets after doing it to somebody else's child.. they have no right to live. they have no right to function in society.. to me they all need the death penalty.. a poor innocent child was taken advantage of and didn't even know what was happening to her.. To me the charges he has going on him aren't enough.. and it should be plastered every where in stores on light poles his picture should be every where so people know he is nothing in society he is just a CHILD MOLESTER. people who do those things have no right in any kind of society,,, by letting him walk the streets you are putting ever child in the area at risk of being his next VICTIM.. its like the police are letting him walk free.. granted yes he is going to trial but he should not be allowed in public.. by letting him function in the normal world. he is given the chance to pick out of all the children in covington county.. And doesn't he have a child himself if he did it to one did he do it to his own???? what about all of the kids he went to school with did he take advantage of some innocent little child he knew from when he was in school??? and as for the navy i hope they charge him with everything they can think of because the men and women in the armed forces are suppose to be roll models for the youth of America.. and this is not something any child should have as a roll model.. He should get a dishonorable discharge from the navy. He has no right to defend our freedom when he took some one else's freedom from them and they couldn't even defend there self.. that is not the kind of person i want to fight for the freedom of my country.. people like him put our troops to shame.. people like him are what make parents scared to let their children go to the park.. play out side, hang out with friends.. strictly because they are their child will be some sick phyco perverts next victim.. we live in AMERICA.. No one should have to live in fear that something so terrible and immoral could happen to them or their child.. He signed on the dotted line on a government form to defend and serve our country.. He took a sworn oath to protect america.. is takeing advantage of a little child protecting us no its not... i feel so sorry for the child that he did this to.. so young,.. i mean seriously there are plenty of girls of age what kind of sick person goes after a CHILD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
