this is joke to everyone in covington county. as the old saying goes "it is who you are". anyone else and they would be in the penitentiary. everyone involved is this should be ashamed of themselves. why is it that the judges in covington county excused themselves and then they got a judge that taught her in law school. what was the sense in this!!!!!!! maybe i should rob a bank and pay most of it back tomorrow and see what happens!!!!!!!!!

maybe her attorneys also need to be disbarred if they do not think she stole the 1.8 million dollars since she had paid it back, and that it was just a $917 theft. how stupid can supposedly educated people be. frankly i believe that she had done this before, maybe not such a large amount and has just not been caught. why is it when you are in the probate judges office you write your checks to sherrie phillips and not just probate judge. makes you wonder because she has sure led an abundant life, more that what her salary could have allowed her........
