Accomplice liability is defined in § 13A-2-23 as follows:
"A person is legally accountable for the behavior of another constituting a criminal offense if, with the intent to promote or assist the commission of the offense:
"(1) He procures, induces or causes such other person to commit the offense; or
"(2) He aids or abets such other person in committing the offense; or,
"(3) Having a legal duty to prevent the commission of the offense, he fails to make an effort he is legally required to make."

Sean you know it all don't you. Tell us what you have been in jail for if your a man then man up or shut up. ALL YOU HAVE DONE IS DOWN THE JAILERS AND I AM SICK OF IT. ANSWER ME DO YOU HAVE A JOB, DO YOU HAVE A LIFE, WELL THESE JAILERS DO, THEY HAVE WIVES, HUSBANDS, KIDS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND ALL YOU HAVE DONE IS DOWN THEM, PEOPLE WHO MATTER ARE TIRED OF IT SO GROW UP AND QUIT.

SEAN You are a idiot. You are one of those people that has nothing better to do. I read prior that you were a prior inmate at the jail. A little disgruntled you think. All jails have problems. Type jail escape in google and just see how many pop up .
