Instead of making a new tax all we need to do is start having lotto scratch off's, daily win 4 numbers,power ball,just like more than half the rest of the country has. Instead of running down to Florala to buy instant scratch off's if we had them in Alabama then a good percentage of that money could go to education and it would generate a lot more money than another tax and would be no burden on the taxpayer's...

I think it's real exciting to watch all those ball players make millions of dollars and your avg family man can't take his kid's to a ballgame because he can't afford it. But they are all worth every penny steroids and all.

That's the problem with this country,everybody takes everything to serious. I am sure that was the last thing he meant was to make fun of the people that attend the special olympic's. To me it show's that you have a president that is down to earth and everything he say's is not from a script.Thank God this country still has SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE..

I agree %100 why all the movie stars and other professional's have to run off to these other countries to adopt kids,and donate money,i have no idea. I would have a lot more respect for them if they helped our own needy family's.It's usually the people in this county that can't rub 2 nickel's together that help the people with no nickel's at all.

I hope they spend as much time trying to catch the person or person's that have been stealing the flower's from the gravesite's,flower's are expensive and we put them there to show our loved one's they are not forgotten,it's terrible that people are that low to steal flower's from the cemetary's. I hope they get caught and made public.

All you have to do to collect money for education without adding the burden of another tax is to start having instant scratch off ticket's,win 4 numbers,powerball,right now everyone go's to Florala to buy their lotto ticket's and is helping out the state of Florida.Why not help out our own state with this sought of revenue. Have a certain amount of the money generated from this go to our kids education. It would generate a lot more than another tax and this would not put any extra burden to the tax payer.
