To address commentary on these supposed FOIA requests. I would assume all requests have been made to the U.S. Department of Justice, as per protocol? Here is an excerpt from the DOJ website:
"You should be aware that the FOIA does not require agencies to do research for you, to analyze data, to answer written questions, or to create records in order to respond to a request.
Although, as discussed immediately below, certain information may be required from a FOIA requester, no special form is required by the Justice Department. Requests must be in writing, either handwritten or typed. While requests may be submitted by fax, most components of the Justice Department have not yet developed the capability to accept FOIA requests submitted through the World Wide Web."

An official FOIA request, as you have so many times noted, must be processed through the US DOJ. An FOIA cannot be sent directly to an individual. Are you think of the Alabama Sunshine (also know as open meeting and public records) Law? if so, then that would be a different story. A request of that nature would be best made in person at city hall. Most officials will not supply records through the mail with no knowledge of whom they are sending the information to.
I have no role. I just don't want you to have free reign in this comments section without being challenged. Everything will come out in the wash at the end of February 2009. if Beebe claims he will be operational by that time, then he will either do so or face a legal battle. But you can continue to spread your propaganda if it helps you feel important.
