Congragulations to Leland Enzor, Jr. a fine public servant! My friend Lee took the hard task of the defining moment to correct the wrong direction of the case that should have never been a Probate Case in Covington County by ordering the administrator and her attorney to return the $900,000 to the court that was wrongfully taken from the family of the deceased resident of Conecuh County. Further, Lee ordered the case back to Conecuh County where it should have been administered. Lee has acted like a real judge by not trying everyone's cases in the back room or over the phone. A real judge will not talk to potential parties to a matter that has the potential to be in his or her court or is presently in the Court unless all parties are present and or represented in such a conversation. We have not had such a person with this standard for a long time in the Probate Court of Covington County until Lee was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama. Again thanks Lee for your brief service to Covington County. A true public servant.

As a former resident of Andalusia now living in Montgomery, I have the pleasure of knowing Steve McGowan for a long time. I am not suprised to learn of Steve's service to persons in need of help. Andalusia is blessed to have such a good person to "serve and protect" the citizens. Good work Steve and thanks.
