Prowler call leads to drug arrest

According to Richard Moss of the River Falls Police Department, a drug arrest was made in the town Thursday.

He said the arrest was made subsequent to a prowler call after 10:30 p.m.

Moss said while he was in the process of investigating the call near Old Point A Road, he noticed a person walking on

County Road 107.

A call was made to the Covington County Sheriff's Department, and Deputy Brett Holmes responded to that call.

Following this response, a methamphetamine arrest was made.

Arrested was Terry McClellan of River Falls, who was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
