The Andalusia Bulldog baseball team went undefeated in Thomasville on Saturday earning two big wins.

The Bulldogs topped Thomasville 15-2 in six innings in the first game and whipped Greenville by a final score of 11-3.

In the game against Thomasville, Tyler Wilson was the winning pitcher. He pitched five scoreless innings striking out

three.

The Bulldogs went on top 1-0

in the third inning when Will Cammack reached on a single, stole second and scored on an RBI-single by Trevor Mathews.

The Bulldogs added another run in the fourth inning when Andrew Harry reached on a double and scored on an RBI-single by Jacob McCollough.

The sixth inning was the big inning for the Bulldogs. Andalusia plated 13 runs in the sixth inning.

Neal Patterson, Jake Hollingsworth, McCollough and Cammack scored two runs each in the inning.

Mathews, Cole Sightler, Wilson, Daniel Wall and Harry each scored one run in the sixth inning.

Patterson had three RBIs in the inning. Sightler and Cammack had two RBIs each in the inning. Hollingsworth had one RBI.

In the second game, the Bulldogs blasted Greenville by a final score of 11-3.

Daniel Wall pitched two innings of scoreless baseball before giving way to Cole Sightler. Sightler allowed three runs in three innings of work.

Andalusia, however, had plenty of offense to earn the win.

The Bulldogs started the game with a bang when Patterson jacked a solo home run to lead off the Andalusia half of the first inning.

Four more runs came in for the Bulldogs in the second inning when Harry, Cammack, Michael Dutton and Patterson each scored. Mathews had one RBI in the inning and Wilson had two RBIs.

The Bulldogs sent six more runs across the plate in the third inning to stretch the lead to 11-0.

Harry had a two-run home run in the inning. Cammack, Dutton, Patterson, Hollingsworth and Mathews also scored in the inning. Wall had a two-RBI double in the inning.

The Bulldogs are slated to return to action today when UMS-Wright is slated to visit Andalusia for an area game. The game is set to begin at 4 p.m.
