The following reports of complaints and arrest were filed by deputies of the Crenshaw County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period of Dec. 18 through Dec. 28:

Dec. 18

– A report was filed for theft of property after gasoline valued at $33.13 was reported stolen from the Circle A in Luverne.

Dec. 20

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after a rear window of a vehicle valued at $100 was reported broken on New Bethel Church Road in Highland Home.

Dec. 21

– Debra Annette Edwards, 46, was arrested with three counts of negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

Dec. 22

– Jamie Horace Warner, 62, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

– Jessica Killingsworth, 22, was arrested and charged with three counts of negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

Dec. 24

– A report was filed for theft of property after Christmas presents and assorted jewelry was reported stolen and damage to a door were reported on Quail Tower Road in Luverne.

– A report was filed for an argument on McLeod Road in Goshen.

Dec. 26

– A report was filed for theft of property after a vent-free gas heater valued at $200 and five types of prescription medication valued at $831 were reported stolen on Quail Tower Road in Luverne.

– A report was filed for theft of property after gasoline valued at $4.91 was reported stolen from the Circle A in Luverne.

Dec. 28

– A report was filed for destruction of property after damage to food plots was reported on Rockdale Baptist Church Road in Ramer.

– A report was filed for domestic violence, harassment on Goshen Road in Goshen.
