Jan. 29

A complaint was filed for an accidental death on Broad Street, Forest Home.

A complaint was filed for menacing and harassing communications on Meadowcrest Road.

Jan. 31

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Canterbury Road when damage, valued at $100, to a window was reported.

A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Campbell Road.

A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, and theft of property, third degree, on Mount Zion Road when property, valued at $124, was reported stolen.

Feb. 1

A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, and theft of property, third degree, on Mobile Highway when currency, valued at $460, was reported stolen.

Feb. 3

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Browder Road, McKenzie, when damage, valued at $200, to a vehicle's glass was reported.

Feb. 4

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, second degree, on Highway 38 when damage, valued at $700, to a building was reported.

A complaint was filed for menacing on Kokomo Road, Georgiana.

A complaint was filed for harassment on Wagon Wheel Road.

A complaint was filed for harassment on Mosely Road.

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Moseley Road.

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Simpson Road.

Feb. 6

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Shackleville Road.

Feb. 7

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, on Halso Mill Road when property, valued at $245, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Poplar Road when a check, valued at $222, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for attempted burglary on Damascus Road when damage, valued at $8, to a door was reported.

The following arrests were made by the Butler County Sheriff's Office during the period from Jan. 31 to Feb. 7:

Barry Hollyfield, 47, was arrested for harassing communications.

Feb. 1

Marcus Shontell Yelder, 25, was arrested for failure to appear for driving while license revoked, failure to appear for harassing communications and failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

Channon Lee Lowery was arrested for receiving stolen property.

Feb. 5

Timothy Anthony Coleman, 35, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Jennifer Ann Hawthorne, 47, was arrested for domestic violence.

Feb. 6

Rachel Schofield, 21, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree.

Kenneth Adam Owens, 25, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Feb. 7

Virgil Mirgil Mitchell, 59, was arrested for two counts of harassment.
