Mr. and Mrs. Clayton George of Georgiana announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amy Marie George, to Matthew Allen Hurley, the son of Charlotte Hurley and the late Wayne Hurley.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Judy McCall of Georgiana and the late Edward McCall, and Carroll George of Brimingham and the late Raymond George Sr.

She is a 2005 graduate of Camellia City Christian Academy and is currently attending Reid State Technical College. The bride-elect is currently employed at Marilyn's Hair Design in Greenville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy O'Neal Pate of Goshen and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Hurley of Luverne.

The wedding is slated for 2 p.m. on February 18, 2006 in the auditorium of Camellia City Baptist Church.
