Let the &#8220good times” roll.

This Friday and Saturday, May 12 and 13, at 7:30 p.m. each evening will bring the 19th edition of the Crenshaw County Rodeo back to town.

Once again produced by Bo Campbell Rodeo Productions, this promises to be the most entertaining and exciting rodeo ever.

Crenshaw County Rodeo attracts the best cowboys and cowgirls in the Southeast to compete for thousands of dollars in prize money on their way to qualifying for the National Finals in the Professional Cowboy Association.

This year's rodeo clown and between-event entertainment will be provided by Kenny &#8220Gatorman” Schappacher from Balm, Fla., a small town near Tampa.

His acts alone made the admission to the rodeo a great value.

As has become a Friday night tradition, youth 12 and under will be admitted free when wearing a team jersey and are accompanied by a paying adult.

This helps make the rodeo a bargain for families to come and enjoy two nights of rodeo action and still not spend a lot of money.

Advance tickets are on sale for $8 for adults and $4 for 12 and under.

At the gate, tickets will be $2 extra.

Souvenirs and rodeo T-shirts are now available and may be picked up at the First Citizens Bank.

This year's shirts are beautiful and are a great value.
