Steve and Cindy Holmes of Glenwood would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Leigh, to Christopher Ray Jordan of Troy.

Christopher is the son of Jenice Stinson of Troy, and Ray and Cindy Jordan of Brantley.

Miss Holmes is the granddaughter of Tommy and Betty Russell of Luverne, and Helon Holmes and the late Mr. James F. Holmes of Glenwood.

Mr. Jordan is the grandson of the late Leroy and Rosie Lee Odom of Brantley, Ala. and Leon and Betty Jordan of Rose Hill.

Miss Holmes graduated high school at Pike Liberal Arts in 1998 and college at Troy State University in 2004.

She is currently seeking employment.

Mr. Jordan graduated high school at Goshen in 1997 and he is currently employed with the Alabama Department of Agriculture.

The wedding will be at Fort Morgan Beach on July 21, 2006 beginning at sunset.

The reception will be held on August 26, 2006 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at First Baptist of Luverne.
