A school teacher helps escort a few students to their buses outside Greenville Elementary School on Friday afternoon. Greenville Elementary School, along with R.L. Austin Elementary School in Georgiana, were each awarded funds from the state for making significant improvements in student achievement. GES received $6,600, while R.L. Austin received $8,500.
