Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Johnson of Greenville, Ala., are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Julie Anne Johnson, to Andrew L. Bowen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Bowen of Greenville.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mildred Johnson of Greenville, Marion Tarver of Jackson, Ga., Jean Thompson of Baker, Fla, and the late Hugh D. Thompson, Jr.

She is also the great-granddaughter of the late Hugh and Clara B. Thompson of Greenville.

Miss Johnson is a graduate of Faulkner State with a degree in Surgical Technology.

She is currently employed by L. V. Stabler Memorial Hospital in Greenville.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Irby and Dottie Bowen of Luverne and Jack and Jo Burke of Donalsonville, Ga.

He is a graduate of Troy University with a degree in Sports and Fitness Management.

He is currently employed by Rehab Associates as Sports Performance Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coach for Alabama Christian Academy in Montgomery.

The wedding will take place on October 14th at Antioch East Baptist Church in Greenville.
