Mr. and Mrs. Donald Harrison Miller of Prattville announce the engagement of their daughter, Susannah Merrill, to Barry Keith Carroll, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl William Carroll of Prattville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Hazel Mallette Horn, the late Thomas Richard Horn Sr., and Mrs. Henry Harrison Miller and the Mr. Miller, all of Greenville.

Miss Millet is a graduate of Prattville High School, Auburn University and Troy University.

She is a member of Chi Sigma Iota counseling academic and professional honor society, and is employed by the Chemical Addictions Program of Montgomery.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Alto Roten, the late Mr. Roten and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Carroll of Montgomery. Mr. Carroll graduated from Autauga Academy and attended Auburn University at Montgomery and Troy State University.

He is employed with International Paper in Prattville.

The wedding is planned for December 16, 2006 at First United Methodist Church in Prattville.
