n Concert/Hair Cutting in the Park

Greenville Main Street presents the noted acoustic group The Alabama Gravy Soppers in Confederate Park at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 21. Along with the live music, ladies donating their hair to Locks of Love and Expressions of Love will be cutting their ponytails for this worthy cause that evening. BBQ baskets will be sold for $5 each with all proceeds going to the Butler County ACS Relay for Life. Come out, enjoy the music and support the fight against cancer!

The all-singing, all-dancing extravaganza &#8220Puttin' on the Ritz” is coming to the Ritz Theatre Friday and Saturday, April 27 and 28 at 7 p.m. The musical is a fundraiser for the Greenville Area Arts Council to fund its future season. The Greenville High School Old Gym Players present the musical &#8220Winnie-The-Pooh,” a fun-filled treat for the whole family. Three performances are on tap: Friday and Saturday, April 27 and 28, at 7 p.m. and a Sunday matinee on April 29 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $3 and available at the school office and at the door.
