Eagles come from behind in thrilling win over CCA

Adam Vickery scored the winning run off of a Cory Johnson double Thursday afternoon as the Fort Dale Academy Eagles earned the sixth win of the season, 4-3, over the Crenshaw Christian Academy Cougars.

Offensively for the Eagles, Blake Mullins and Hunter Smith were each 2-for-3, including a solo homerun by Mullins.

The Eagles return to action Tuesday as they play host to a double-header with the Morgan Academy Senators starting at 3:30 p.m.
