Jessica Tadlock Griffin receives School of Nursing awards

Jessica Tadlock Griffin was named the recipient of the Georgia Irene Gill Davis Memorial Award and the Iota Theta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau Outstanding Student Award for 2007. The Davis Award honors the senior BSN student who best exemplifies excellence in classroom and clinical achievements and interpersonal relationships. The Sigma Theta Tau Award honors

Griffin for demonstrating leadership and scholarship, and achieving the highest GPA in BSN clinical sequence courses during the 2006-2007 academic year.

Griffin is also a member of the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest, largest, and most selective all-discipline honor society.

Griffin will graduate with the BSN degree at Spring Commencement ceremonies from Troy University on May 11, 2007. Her hometown is Luverne, Ala.
