Orlando Franks scored three runs May 31 to lead the Pirates to victory over the Braves in Georgiana Parks and Rec. Dixie Youth action, 12-2.

Offensively for the Pirates, Franks scored three runs, Devin Bonner, Seth Kelley and Keonte Gilmore each scored two runs and Tarien Crittenden, Matt Sheffield and Richard Boggan each scored one.

For the Braves, Jay Williams was 2-for-2 with a triple, a double and a run scored and Hunter Smith added another run in the second inning.

The Pirates will take on the Cardinals Tuesday at 6 p.m., and the Braves will take on the Cardinals at 7 p.m.
