Price – Powell

Cemira M. Price of Greenville and Travis R. Powell of Dauphin Island announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the Honorable John Samuel Andrews of Greenville and Susan Berry Andrews, also of Greenville.

She is the granddaughter of the late Honorable Henry Clay Berry and the late Luna Fay Price Berry of Selma, and the late James Edwin Andrews and Johnnie Williford Andrews of Dothan.

Ms. Price is a graduate of Troy University and currently serves as a senior associate at Jackson Thornton and Co., P.C., in Montgomery.

The groom-elect is the son of the late Madison Ray &#8220Shine” Powell of Gulf Shores and Myrium Lyna Foster of Dauphin Island. He is the grandson of William Bertran Stokes of Dothan and the late Ellie Mae Stokes, and the late Woddie Ray Powell and Dovie Little Powell of Woodville, Texas.

Mr. Powell, a graduate of Alba High School in Bayou La Batre, attended the University of South Alabama in Mobile.

He is currently employed with the State of Alabama Wildlife and Fresh Water Fisheries as a Biologist Aide III.

The wedding will take place at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Greenville at 4 p.m. on June 16, 2007.
