Tamara Truitt was 3-for-3 with two runs scored Thursday as the Unbelievable held off a late charge by the Vipers for the Jr./Sr. league win, 9-5.

Offensively for the Unbelievable (1-5), Nicole Norton was 2-for-3 with a homerun, a double and two runs scored, Iesha Cannon was 1-for-2 with a run scored, Nikia Powell was 1-for-3 with a run scored, Shan Peagler scored two runs and Chasity Jenkins scored one.

For the Vipers (4-4), Murphy Middleton was 3-for-3 with a homerun, Tara Gibson was 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs scored, Kodi Wingert, Te'lisha McDonald and Stromi Till were each 1-for-2, Cortnee Meyers was 1-for-3 with two runs scored and Cory Rice was 1-for-3.

The Unbelievable will take on the Dolls Monday at 7:30 p.m., and the Vipers will take on Gators at 6 p.m.

Gators 3, Dolls 1

The Gators scored a run in each of the first, second and fourth innings Thursday and then held on for the win over the Dolls, 3-1.

At the plate for the Gators (7-0), Kristen Ballard was 1-for-1 with a run scored, Anne Blake Langford was 1-for-2, Anna Nelson was 1-for-3 and Lori Fail and Jenny Ballard each scored a run in the win.

For the Dolls (3-5), Michelle Hulick was 1-for-2 with a double and Casey hicks scored the lone run in the fifth inning.

The Gators will take on the Vipers Monday at 6 p.m., and the Dolls will take on the Unbelievable at 7:30 p.m.

Dolls 9, Unbelievable 3

Every player on the Dolls roster had a hit Monday as they cruised to victory over the Unbelievable, 9-3.

Offensively for the Dolls, Kendrea Williams was 3-for-3, Casey Hicks was 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs scored, Michelle Hulick was 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and two runs scored, Jennifer Blackmon was 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored, Carrie Coker was 2-for-3 with a triple, a double and a run scored, Shawnee Morrison and Julie Scott were each 2-for-3 with a run scored, Katie Spann was 2-for-3, Adrianne Rudolph was 1-for-3 with a run scored and Chasity Browder and Liz Richardson were each 1-for-3.

For the Unbelievable, Shan Peagler was 3-for-3 with a double and two runs scored, Priscilla Collins was 2-for-2, Nicole Norton was 2-for-3 with two triples and one run scored, Keyondra Betton was 1-for-2 and Nikia Powell was 1-for-3.

The Dolls and the Unbelievable will face off again Monday at 7:30 p.m.
