Edna Bell Schofield Herring, 58, a resident of Greenville, died Sunday, May 4, 2008. Chapel services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2008 with Pastor Charles Box officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Herring is survived by a son, Johnathan (April) Wayne Herring of Prattville; grandchildren, Tiffany Herring, Kristen Herring, Johnathan Wayne Herring Jr. all of Prattville; brothers, James (Margaret) Herring of Greenville, L.J. Funeral service for the late Matthew Crenshaw, a resident of Kenner, La., and a former resident of Greenville, were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2008 from Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Burial followed in the churchyard cemetery with Hudson Funeral Services directing.

Funeral services for the late Deacon Russell A. Gordon, a resident of Camden, were held on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 2 p.m. from Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Malone, pastor and Bishop Henry Frye Jr. as officiating minister. Burial followed in McIntosh Cemetery with Hudson Funeral Home of Camden directing.
