The Andalusia Bulldogs (1-3) will travel to face non-region opponent Greenville (2-2) tonight.

Head coach Brian Seymore said he believes the team has a chance to beat the Tigers.

“I think we can take advantage of the chance and beat them,” Seymore said. “We’re going to try and right the ship and get back in the right direction. We have a good game plan offensively and defensively.”

Seymore said that the team has come together during practice this week and has concentrated on the task ahead.

“They really concentrated on what they had to do this week,” he said. “I think the first half of the season didn’t go the way we wanted, but the kids for the most part haven’t lost their spirit. We still have the opportunity to focus on the second half of the season. This game (tonight) will be another good gauge to tell us where we are.”

One thing Seymore said he noticed during practice that the players have improved upon is communication.

“Each week, there are more and more signs of communication between the players,” Seymore said. “I let the kids know that they are only as good as the man next to you.”

Kickoff in Greenville is at 7 p.m.
