Mrs. Lois Brintlinger, 102, of Andalusia died Fri., Oct. 31, 2008, in the local nursing home.
Funeral services were held at 3:30 pm on Sunday at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Karthaus officiating. Interment followed in the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Brintlinger was a member of the First Baptist Church for 94 years. She was a beautician and worked at Annette’s Beauty shop for many years. Mrs. Brintlinger was Ms. Andalusia Manor for the 2007 – 2008 pageant.
Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, Hayward and Sally O’Neal of Andalusia; sister-in-law, Ethel O’Neal of Opp; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Vera Walden, Adelle Droke, Luna Will Melton and Minnie Pettie; and brothers, Horace O’Neal and S.D. O’Neal.
