Mr. Elwood Craig, 81, of Red Level, died Mon., Nov. 10, 2008, in an Andalusia hospital.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today, Thurs., Nov. 13, at the South Church of God in Red Level with the Rev. Glenn Vaughn officiating the services. Burial will follow in the South Church Cemetery. Special music will be provided by Jasmine and Chad Griggs.
Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda (Gary) Patterson of Red Level and Rhonda (Lamar) Lawson of Libertyville; his grandchildren, Stacye (Benny) Joyner, Dane (Chelise) Patterson and Dustin Lawson; his great-grandchildren, Bethany Patterson, Ashley Joyner and Tyler Joyner; his brothers and sisters-in-law Junior (Ella Mae) Craig of Opp and Elbert (Jewel) Craig of Red Level; one sister, Minnie Lee Norsworthy of Andalusia; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Craig is preceded in death by his wife, Altha Merle Craig.
Pallbearers will be Scott Jernigan, Jeffrey Jernigan, David Griggs, Paul Griggs, Chad Griggs and Gene Griggs
