Mrs. Fannie Belle Thomas, 94, of River Falls, died Sun., Nov. 23, 2008, in the Andalusia Manor Nursing facility.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today, Wed., Nov. 26, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carl Douglas officiating the service and burial will follow in the River Falls Cemetery.
Survivors include her daughter, Sara Barganier of River Falls; her grandchildren, Lynn (Wendell) Purvis of Birmingham, Steve Maddox of Birmingham and David (Sondra) Maddox of Clanton; her great-grandchildren, Shayne (Debbie) Purvis of Douglas, Ga., LeAnn (Davey) Jackson of Birmingham, Bruce (Amber) Purvis of Atmore, Chad Maddox, Lauren Maddox, both of Birmingham, Shaun (April) Lynch, Haley Maddox and D. J. Maddox, all of Clanton, and Cole Stone of Owasso, Okla.; and her great-great-grandchildren, Buddy Watkins of Douglas, Ga., Ashley Purvis of Mobile, Mallory Jackson of Birmingham and Hannah Lynch of Clanton.
Mrs. Thomas is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Thomas.
