Walter Elbert Ingram, 78, died Mon., Dec. 22, 2008, in an assisted living facility in Montgomery.
Funeral services will be held Fri., Dec. 26, at 1 p.m. at Southern Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery. Visitation for family and friends will be held at 11 a.m. Friday.
Mr. Ingram was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Taylor Ingram; and his parents, Leo and Inez Ingram.
Survivors include son, Duane (Teresa) Ingram; daughter, Janet Ingram; three grandsons, Daniel Ingram, Joshua Skipper and Adam Skipper; brother, Don Ingram; and sisters, Carolyn Smith, Glenda Turner and Gail Cook.
