Mrs. Lela Gale Kelley, 53, of Dozier died Wed., Dec. 24, 2008, in a local hospital.
Funeral services were held Mon., Dec. 29, 2008, at Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Canant officiating. Interment followed at Veasey Chapel Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Edward “Eddie” Kelley of Dozier; daughter, Brenda A. (Tom) Gulledge of Okinawa, Japan; son, David D. (Jessica) Kelley of Ft. Hood, Texas; mother, Annie Veasey of Dozier; six grandchildren, Mary Grace Gulledge, Caleb James Gulledge, Jacob Tyler Gulledge, Morgan Kelley, Emilia Rose Kelley and Benjamin Allan Kelley, and sisters, Patricia Owens and Mary Jo Owens, both of Dozier.
