More than 600 preschool and kindergarten students and teachers from county schools attended the Covington County Young Farmers petting zoo at the Covington Center Arena Thursday morning. Students got a chance to touch and pet various farm animals, including baby chicks, ponies, donkeys and cows. They also learned about machines used on the farm.
