Mrs. Eloise Justice Duke, 86, of Andalusia, died Sat., March 21, 2009, in the Andalusia Manor.
Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Tues., March 24, at the Judson Baptist Church with burial in Judson Cemetery. The Rev. Hank Roberts and the Rev. Billy Boles officiated.
Survivors include her daughters, Ann (Gray) Strickland of Montgomery and Lynn Owens (Jeff) Page of Andalusia; her grandchildren, Alan Williams of Murphy, N.C., Brian Whitehurst of Andalusia, Bridgette Guisasola, of Miami, Fla., and Krystal Ward of Montgomery; her great-grandchildren, Jonathan Alan Williams, Sara Beth Williams, Caleb Glen Whitehurst, Madelynn Alina Guisasaola, and Daniel Davis Guisasola; a special niece, Jolene Williams of Red Level; and special nephew, Glen Chambers of Florala.
Mrs. Duke is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Frank Duke, and her daughter, Karen Duke Wiggins.
Pallbearers were Brian Whitehurst, Danny Sullivan, Harold Elmore, Royce Sightler, Eddie Cannon and Glen Chambers.
