Mrs. Teresa Caroline Avant, 82, of Andalusia, died Wed., April 15, 2009, in the Andalusia Manor nursing facility.
Private funeral services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Andalusia Public Library.
Survivors include her husband, William W. Avant of Andalusia; her daughter, Joanne Terry Kuhnlein of Eugene, Ore.; her stepdaughters, Leslie Ann Avant of Orinda, Calif., William W. (Terese) Avant III of Birmingham and Caroline P. (Gerald) McCall M.D. of Birmingham; and four grandchildren.
