Patricia Hall Bryan, 67, of Opp, died Thurs., April 16, 2009, in a Dothan hospital. Funeral services were held at Mon., April 20, from Wyatt Funeral Home with the burial following in the Sweetwater Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin Durant Bryan; son, Rodney D. (Barbara) Bryan; sisters, Connie Bell Fleming, Maggie Dubose, Ileater Dubose and Velender Butler; brother, the Rev. Donald Hall, and grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha and Rachel Bryan.
Patricia was a military wife and this allowed her and Marvin to live in many different places; in Opp, she was the owner of “The Pecan House,” from where she later retired.
Serving as pallbearers were Jim Bradley, Erik Bryan, Justin Bryan, Jimmy Butler, Hugh McCollough and John Newsome. The Rev. Scott Ferguson officiated and Preston Kelley led the music. Wyatt Funeral Home directed.
