Mrs. Ila Vee McLelland Johns, 92, of Loango, died Wed., April 22, 2009, in the Andalusia Manor nursing facility.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., today, Fri. April 24, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with her grandson Jim Walker officiating. Special music will be provided by her grandchildren, Lynn Quinzani and Jason Johns. Interment will follow in the Bethesda Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the time of service today.
The family will accept flowers or memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
She is survived by her son, James Mack Johns; daughters and sons-in-law, Laura (Fred) Hartin, Sue Cameron and Gloria (Ariel) Walker, all of Red Level; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Mrs. Johns was preceded in death by her husband, James Henry Johns; granddaughter Ann Cameron; son-in-law, John D. Cameron; sister, Annie Clyde Rabren, and brother Roy McLelland.
