Mrs. Doris Hamilton, 84, of Florala, died Thurs., May 14, 2009, at her daughter’s residence in Dothan.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Liberty Hill Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Johnny White officiating. Special music will be provided by Diane Norman. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia directing.
Survivors include her son, Glen Hamilton of San Antonio, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Jan Hamilton of Cottonwood, Ala.; son, Rex Hamilton of Florala; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and David Morales of Dothan; one brother and sister-in-law, Emerson and Joann Mitchell of Dade City, Fla.; one sister, Merle Thompson of Florala; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hamilton.
