Mrs. Frances Myrl Barfoot, 89, of the Heath community, died Mon., May 25, 2009, in a local hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Barfoot were held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Foreman Funeral Home chapel. Interment will be in the Bethany Cemetery. The Rev. Ronald Davis and Minister Jeff Grimes will officiate.
Survivors include two daughters, Dot Hudson and Patricia Felts, both of Andalusia; two grandchildren, Michael Hudson and wife Janie of Andalusia and Jennifer Hudson of Pensacola, Fla.; and two great-grandchildren, John Michael Hudson and Joshua Emanuel Hudson.
Pallbearers were Albert (Skip) Kirk, Royce King, Curtis Thomasson, Bobby Henderson, Jeff Williamson and Jimmy Williamson. Special music was by Jimmy Williamson.
